Instruction for Online Session

Authors can now submit their “Online Oral Presentation” to present online for “Online Session” (Thursday, 15 May 2025; See Provisional Technical Program) after notification of acceptances and registration.

 

 Guidelines for Presentation and Recording

  • All remote presentations will be pre-recorded (MP4 video) by the presenter and uploaded to the designated Link.

  • Online (recorded) PPT presentation of 10 minutes (followed by 2-3 minutes Q/A). You must be present in the online session room to answer questions. A zoom link will be provided later.

  • Recommended video file size limit200MB file
  • Recommended Aspect ratio16:9
  • Remote Presenter Upload deadline May 13.
  • Please play the recording after you make it to verify the audio quality. Please check the recording for quality and understandability, and for timing, as it needs to fit into the specified duration. We recommend using a headset so you won’t get laptop fan noise etc. in the recording. We will preview the recording for quality and ask you to re-record if necessary.
